·         10:30-11 Technique

·         11-11:30 Braking

·         11:30-1 lunch

·         1-1:30 corners

·         1:30-2 jumping

·         2-3 Games

         · 3-4 Campfire chill-out (optional)

 

Day 2             - (Little bikes)- (red sticker) (Big bikes) –

·         10:30-10:50 Breathing control/Line choice 20min moto with a stop drill, (stop at 20 kick bike holding

·         10:50-11 Breathing control/Line choice 20min moto with a stop drill, (stop at 20 kick bike holding (Little bikes)

·  11-11:30 Mental training ( visualization corner  practice) -(All )

·         11:30-1 lunch

·         1-1:15 Sprint laps- 4x3’s -(Big bikes)

·         1:15-1:30 Sprint laps- 4x1’s - (Little bikes)

·         1:30-2 Passing -(All Bikes)

·          2-2:20 Moto –(20min) -(Big bikes)

·         2:20-2:30 Moto –(10min)  - (Little bikes)

·         2:30-3 open ride

·         3-4 Games/prizes giveaways

(Little bikes/beginner - Split all motos/sprints in half)
